If your plans change
The cancellation conditions that apply to your stay should be shown before you confirm your booking and repeated in your confirmation email.
Refunds
Any refund due will depend on the rate and cancellation conditions attached to the booking. Where a refund is agreed, it will normally be returned to the original payment method.
Changing dates
If you would rather move your stay than cancel, contact us as early as possible. Date changes remain subject to room availability and any difference in rate.
Exceptional circumstances
If The Dunes House has to cancel a confirmed stay, we will contact you using the details provided with the booking and explain the options available.
