Making a booking
A booking is confirmed when The Dunes House has accepted your requested dates and you have completed the required payment arrangement. The room, dates, guest numbers, rate and any conditions specific to the stay should be checked before confirmation.
Prices and payment
Room prices are shown in pounds sterling. The payment amount and timing applicable to your stay will be confirmed before the booking becomes binding.
Guest numbers and room use
Rooms must not be occupied by more guests than stated in the booking. Please contact us before arrival if the number of guests changes.
Arrival and departure
Check-in is from 3pm unless agreed otherwise. Check-out information is supplied with your booking confirmation and arrival details.
Damage and behaviour
Guests are responsible for treating the accommodation and shared areas with reasonable care and for reporting accidental damage as soon as possible.
Changes and cancellations
Any cancellation or amendment is subject to the cancellation terms provided with your booking. Please contact us directly if your plans change.
